I love the weekly call to confirm time, I love that I get calls if that time is not going to be met. I love the additional touches that I some times get from the maids - nicely folded towels, my toaster oven cleaned. It's the little things and the attention to detail that I like.

I've used many services over the years and they start out fine- but trail off. You get what you pay for. Although the Maids are the most expensive company I've ever used they are by far the best. I don't have to second guess anything. It's just automatically done. My expectations are always met. Everything is done 100%- even down to cleaning the chandelier. You never know what you are going to get with other services. With the Maids- you can expect perfection and you get it.
